Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Due to the nature of how these pieces are made, as well as hygiene considerations, I do not currently accept returns or exchanges except in very specific circumstances (see below).

Please be aware that, due to the handmade nature of these items, there may be subtle or even noticeable differences in color or design. 

All items sold through as "Beautifully Imperfect" are sold heavily discounted as is and cannot be returned or exchanged regardless of cosmetic defects. It is the customers responsibility to read the description thoroughly prior to purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds of gift cards. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
