Shipping policy

Please allow 3-7 business days* for your order to be processed and shipped out. Be aware that selecting a faster shipping time will not change the amount of time it will take for me to process or pack your order. 

Standard shipping is through USPS and typically takes 3-7 business days* to arrive from the day that it was marked as "shipped." The price is calculated at checkout based upon USPS prices at the time of order. 3-Day Shipping is through UPS and is calculated at checkout based upon UPS prices at the time of order, plus a fee amounting to roughly 30% of shipping costs.

Orders over $100 before taxes qualify for free standard shipping. If you have are placing an order for over $100 and would like 3-day shipping, you must select this option at checkout. There is no discount for 3-day shipping on orders over $100.

At this point I am only accepting orders to the Contiguous United States, plus Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington DC. If you are outside of the Contiguous United States, but are located within a United States Territory (such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands), please send a message through the "contact me" form. I am hoping to open shipping to all of the United States and its territories in the near future.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and fees. Please reach out via the "contact me" form if tracking has not updated for 10 business days*. If your order arrives damaged, please see the FAQ for more information.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these policies without notice. Processing time may be longer while shop is listed as "on vacation".

*"Business days" refers to days when regular businesses are open, e.g. does not include weekends or holidays.
